Lil' Romeo Miller "Hittin' on Demi Lovato" ?

The young actor/rapper Romeo Miller well known as Lil Romeo, almost a week ago was chatting in the street with @RumorFix and he randomly changed the topic to a "Proposal" to the young star Demi Lovato.

On the video he says:

"Demi Lovato, if you see this, this is me proposing to you right now," he said to the camera. "I don't got the ring, but that's nothing. You know, I listen to Beyoncé's song, when she said 'put a ring on it,' so I got you!" "So, Demi, if you're ready, we'll have the craziest wedding—and that's all I've got to say, a $50 million wedding. If I get the right chick, it's worth it, right?"

Updating today, Lil Romeo tweeted "Watch my 'Skyscraper' Remix Ft. Demi Lovato", which its also uploaded on his Youtube channel. 

"I would never ever break you, because i know you're made of glass, you're my special piece of paper, that other paper is trash!"

Do you guys think he's calling publicity attention or he's actually hitting on Demi Lovato, to be friends or more than that....?

He ends up saying:

'You kno, our greatest glory its not in ever failing..but in raising up every time we fail.....just run"
